2017 – 2019

I designed a number of features in Jaguar Land Rover's latest infotainment system, the multi-award winning Pivi Pro, which debuted in 2019 on the new Land Rover Defender.

In 2020 the system expanded to other vehicles in the lineup, including its first 16:9 debut on the Jaguar F-PACE.

In 2021 the largest iteration yet launched on the new Range Rover, and in 2022 on Range Rover Sport.

Pivi has since expanded across the Jaguar and Land Rover lineups.

Because this system wasn’t just for Defender, it had to feel right within the interiors of many different models with very different personalities, from the rugged and sporty, to the calm and modernist.

Instead of making a neutral and minimal UI which was devoid of personality, we created a user interface which shared one thing in common with all of the models – Britishness.

Sharp typography, a flat and luxurious colour palette, editorial-inspired layouts, and large-scale, highly refined vehicle imagery.
